The treats in this level start in the middle and you need to get them down to the blue 'in' teleporter at the bottom of their columns.
These take then to the orange 'out' teleporter that are in the outer columns.
You then have to get them down - through where all the chocolate is, to the two blue teleporters in the end columns which transport them to the upper orange 'out' teleporters just above the boxes!
So... work on moving the treats to the bottom, at the same time remove all the chocolate so that they can get through to the next teleporters and to their final destination.
